- Add milk in sauce pan,.
- In a separate bowl add small amount of milk and mix custard powder in it.
- When milk start boiling add sugar and custard mixture keep stirring.
- Let it cook until custard becomes thick.
- Remove from flame and let it cook..
- Take serving dish make a layer of fruit cake you can also use cake rusk,then add custard on it,put it in fridge.
- Add 3,4 tbsp of water in pan add coffee sugar and coco powder mix it well,now cook it until it becomes thick,coffee syrup is ready.
- When custard becomes cold pour this coffee syrup on the top.
- Beat chilled whipped cream,pour in piping bag along with nozzle and make design of your choice.
- Coffee lufay is ready serve chilled.
